The Property

Capital purchased the site as tenants in common with BBraun and subdivided the site under the partitioning arrangement, which alleviated the partners from payment of double Stamp Duty. BBraun’s site was developed into their new headquarters, whilst Capital still retains 10,000m2 of land for future development.

BBraun’s building design was based on their 2010 paperless office concept with basement security car parking and a 2,000m² warehouse/storage plus room for future extension.

This has been completed with a modern façade and pre-cast panels to the warehouse including double glazed windows for the westerly sun with a modern 2010 concept of open office space.
