The Area

Macquarie Park is a 340 hectare business precinct adjacent to the Lane Cove River National Park. It is centrally located 12km from the Sydney CBD and 13km to Parramatta. The area has benefitted from the recent opening of three new railway stations which were opened as part of the new Epping to Chatswood rail link and additional infrastructure is being provided by way of bus priority lanes along Lane Cove Road.

The area is recognised as a nationally significant research and employment centre specialising in IT, pharmaceuticals, medical and services communications. It is the head office location for some of Australia's leading companies such as Optus, Siemens, Foxtel and Microsoft.

63-71 Waterloo Road is ideally positioned next to the proposed Macquarie Park Station Precinct. It is also within walking distance to the train station and easily accessible to Macquarie University, Macquarie Centre and Macquarie Hospital.

The Property

The MCentral site currently accommodates two buildings occupied by TPG Internet Pty Ltd and Bard Australia Pty Ltd. Plans for stage one have been developed by leading architectural firm Architectus with the Development Application for an impressive campus-style office and serviced apartment project (stage one) now approved by City of Ryde Council.

The stylish buildings within the campus like estate will be designed to a 5 star NABERS energy rating and a 5 Green Star rating and will ideally suit leading organisations looking for a new head office location.
